Code of Conduct

How we operate.

Zimorta sits between talent, brands, agencies and AI companies. That position only works on trust, so these rules bind everyone on the platform — including us.

1. Consent is absolute

A "deny" preference is not an opening position for negotiation. Attempting to work around a talent's registered preferences — on or off platform — results in removal.

2. Represent honestly

Talent must register only rights they actually own. Brands must state the real intended use. Misrepresenting either voids licences and forfeits fees.

3. No harmful use

No licensing for deception, defamation, political impersonation, adult content without explicit separate consent, or anything unlawful under Indian law. We refuse and report.

4. Data minimalism

We collect what the registry and detection need — nothing more — and process it under the DPDP Act, 2023. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Fair dealing

ZimoRates suggestions exist so that newcomers aren't priced like nobodies and brands aren't held to ransom. Negotiate hard, deal straight.

6. Report abuse

See misuse of anyone's likeness on or off Zimorta? Write to trust@zimorta.in. We investigate every report.

Put your rights on record — before someone else puts them to work.

Join Indian talent, agencies and brands building the consent layer for the AI era.
