2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and register only rights you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Licences & payments
Licences generated on Zimorta are agreements between talent and licensee. Payments are processed via our payment partners; platform fees are disclosed before checkout.
4. Detection results
Radar and Shield results are probabilistic signals, not legal determinations. Verify before acting on them.
5. Prohibited use
See our Code of Conduct. Violations may result in suspension and forfeiture of pending fees.
6. Liability
Service provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted under Indian law. Disputes subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
